About FX: WebPower
FX® is a service that allows participating web sites
like ClickCash to
send payments to independent contractors, like you, electronically. With FX, you are issued a prepaid Visa/ATM debit card, onto which
your regular payments from ClickCash are electronically loaded. You may then use your FX Card in any number of different
ways to realize your earnings, including ATM cash withdrawal, online bank transfers & wires, point-of-purchase sales, or with any merchant or bank
that features
the Visa logo, or the ATM logos Cirrus, Plus, or Star. FX is available in more than 200 countries. With FX, you eliminate
the hassles of printed checks and enjoy having your cash remitted to you at – literally – the speed of light.
You can obtain general information about FX at
WebPowerFX.com, including a
generic
Frequently-Asked Questions feature that applies
to all the companies and independent contractors who use the FX service. (The FX website and FX FAQ are very valuable resources
that we encourage you to carefully read).
For specific information unique to ClickCash, and how it and WebPowerFX work together to electronically pay you at the
speed of light, please review the questions and answers below.
What exactly does WebPowerFX mean for me as a ClickCash Affiliate?
We can order you a "reloadable" Visa or ATM debit card. Instead of sending you checks week after week, we can transfer your weekly commissions directly to your card. You'll get your money fast, usually by the end-of-day on Tuesday. You can withdraw your cash at practically any ATM on Earth or make purchases at any retailer accepting debit cards (anywhere featuring the "Cirrus", "Plus", or "Star" logo).
In addition, most areas can access a full range of online banking features via webpowerfx.com, such as seeing your balance and transaction history, ordering wire transfers (to wire money to your bank account), currency exchange, sending an International Draft (it's like sending a check directly from your account), and, for US Residents, on-line bill pay.
Depending on your country, your Debit card may also feature the Visa logo, so your WebPowerFX card will be accepted by anyone who takes Visa, even online!

Who is eligible for a WebPowerFX card?
Any ClickCash affiliate is eligible to receive a WebPowerFX card; you don't have to make a certain amount first.

How do I sign up?
Just click the "Change Settings" link in the "My Account" menu above. Scroll down to the PAYOUT INFORMATION section, and follow the steps listed for "WebPowerfx Setup". You will need to:
- Request a WebPowerFX card
- Activate your card once it arrives (please allow up to two weeks for delivery)
- Notify ClickCash by choosing the option to move your payments from check to your new WebPowerFX card.

Does it work everywhere?
The WebPowerFX card works everywhere we have affiliates! Between the three ATM networks supported (Cirrus, Plus, and Star), you'll find millions of places to use your card worldwide. Due to security restrictions implemented by our banking partners, the online features at www.webpowerfx.com are not available in certain limited areas.

Are there any fees associated with using a WebPowerFX card?
As with any debit account, there are fees charged by the issuing bank. ClickCash does not get any revenue back from the fees (in fact, we're "eating" some of the charges ourselves); they all go straight to the bank. For the full fee schedule,

Can I change my mind later?
If you elect to be paid by WebPowerFX now, yes, you can always change your mind later. If you decide to go back to checks, then access the "Change Settings" link under the "My Account" menu above, and click the "Pay by Check" option, and that's how your next payment will be sent. (Typically, ClickCash payouts are processed each Monday, so if you switch back after the processing starts, you'll go back to checks the following week.)

I just asked for a WebPowerFX card. What happens next? Will I get checks until I receive my card? When my card arrives, will it already have last week's commissions?
You will still receive your commissions by printed check until after your WebPowerFX card arrives in the mail (usually in one to two weeks).
When your card arrives, it will be empty -- it will have no money loaded onto it. To begin receiving payments on your new WebPowerFX
card, you still need to do the last two steps in the three-step "Request, Activate, Notify" process. Here's how. First,
Activate -- Follow the instructions provided with your WebPowerFX card to activate it through the bank that issues your
card. Then, Notify -- Proceed to your "Change Settings" page, indicate that you have activated the card, and indicate that you now instruct
ClickCash to commence regular payments to you on your card. When the next regular weekly payment period arrives, your
payment will be electronically zapped directly to your WebPowerFX card!

When each week will my weekly ClickCash commissions be available on my WebPowerFX card?
Typically, unless it falls on a holiday, we process payments every Monday. Your weekly earnings will be available on your WebPowerfx cards at the end of the next business day. So, on a typical week, your money will be available to you on your card on Tuesday evening. You can check your card balance any time from your
WebPowerFX.com online account.

If I'm being paid via WebPowerFX, does the "Minimum Payment Amount" setting still work?
ClickCash loads your WebPowerFX card each week
with the exact same amount as would be placed on your printed check,
following the same rules and minimums. So, yes, you will still be paid to your card only once you've reached the minimum payment amount
you specify. In the future, we do intend to take greater advantage of WebPowerFX's capabilities to send you
smaller amounts faster.

I don't want to receive any checks at all while I wait for my card to arrive. Is there any way I can start earning money now, but not be paid until I have my card?
It can take a couple of weeks for processing and shipping before your card gets to you. In the meantime, if you want to minimize the likelihood of being issued a check, choose the highest possible setting under "Minimum Payout Amount" (just above the WebPowerfx settings). Your funds will not be released until you have reached that much in earnings.

I am an iFriends Video Host. I log into ClickCash using my Video Host Screenname. I configure my ClickCash links with "&acct=[My_Host_Screenname]". How will the FX card work in my situation?
If you are using your iFriends Hosting account to earn ClickCash commissions, you would be paid through iFriends. So, if you would like to receive payments via a WebPowerfx Visa or Debit ATM card, you will need to opt-in to WebPowerfx through your
iFriends ID Card instead.

I understand that ClickCash requires me to fax in a written agreement if I use WebPowerfx? What's the deal with that?
That is incorrect. While you must click to affirm an online "clickwrap" agreement when you create your ClickCash account, and again when you request your WebPowerfx card, ClickCash requires a signed written agreement on file only for larger accounts that generate significant weekly payment volume. (The current threshold is $1,000 per week; ClickCash will not release a payment in excess of this amount -- as a physical check or an issuance to your WebPowerfx card -- without a written agreement on file.)

Where can I get help?
If you have a question about a specific deposit from ClickCash, the best place to start is with
our own Support. If you have a general question about using your WebPowerFX card, the
WebPowerFX FAQ has lots of helpful information. If you have a question about or a problem with your card that isn't answered there, you can contact them through their own Cardholder Service page at:
http://www.webpowerfx.com/ifpage.dll?t=ALT/FX/Contact.
